Victor Hugo Rojas Gonzalez is an expert in International Affairs and Political Communication. He has advised the Presidents, Miguel Angel Rodríguez (Costa Rica), Abel Pacheco (Costa Rica), Enrique Bolaños (Nicaragua), Manuel Zelaya (Honduras), Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (Peru) and State Ministers, on political and government communication campaigns in Latin America and candidates at the local, regional, and national levels.
He has over 25 years of experience in strengthening international political organizations of electoral processes in Latin America and Central Asia; Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Tajikistan, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, and Peru. Ambassador Rojas possesses extensive knowledge of resources and donor organizations, as a result of having worked with organizations such as the National Foundation for Democracy of the United States of America (NED), in the area of political communication; in management and implementation of projects for Private Non-profit Organizations (PVOs), Non-Governmental Organizations NGOs; and for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
He served as Resident Director of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) in Peru, concurrent in Bolivia and Ecuador. He has been a consultant for projects of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), and consulting firms Greenberg, Quinlan Rosner, Albright Stonebridge Group was also advisor to the Coalition of First Ladies and Women Leaders of Latin America about Woman and AIDS. He is a historian with a specialization in political marketing. Since December 2019 Mr Rojas is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Singapore.
Mr Monteiro is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for developing a balanced capital structure, to source for adequate funding for our Group, and to ensure the integrity of the Group’s financial data. He has oversight over all the financial operations of our Group.
Mr Monteiro was previously the Head of Corporate Finance of our subsidiary, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk and has longstanding experience of working in the agri-food industry, having joined PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in 1999. His responsibilities in this position included overseeing the company capital structure and managing equity-related matters such as investor relations, annual reports and IDX-compliance.
Prior to joining PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Mr Monteiro was a financial advisor to another IDX-listed company between 1995 and 1999. Between 1985 and 1995, Mr Monteiro practised as a chartered accountant, first as a sole practitioner, and later as a partner of Callaway & Hecht in Melbourne. Whilst in practice, Mr Monteiro was a registered tax agent and registered company auditor in Australia.
Mr Monteiro obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University, Australia in 1979 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1982. Mr Monteiro is a member of the Asia Pacific Chapter of the Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Chief Financial Officers Leadership Network since 2021.
Mr Monteiro represents Japfa Ltd as founding member of SGListCos Ltd ("SGListCos"), an association that represents all SGX listed companies, where he sits on its ESG Advisory Panel. Mr Monteiro is SGListCos representative on the Sustainability Reporting Advisory Committee which advises on the sustainability reporting roadmap for Singapore-incorporated companies.
Joy Boo is the Head of Government Affairs for Asia Pacific at Siemens Energy, where she has been leading strategic government relations and policy advocacy since January 2023. In this role, she shapes the company's engagement and initiatives with government across the region. Prior to Siemens Energy, Joy spent 14 years as a diplomat at Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on various policy issues covering ASEAN and Europe, among others.
Since 2004, he has been with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), consistently collaborating with the Secretariat of Commerce and International Relations (SCRI). Ashley is Investment Director at GenZero, leading the company’s investments in carbon ecosystem enablers. Prior to this role, Ashley was part of the Strategy and Development Group where she led the development of GenZero’s investment strategy.
Before GenZero, she was Director in Temasek International’s Sustainability Group, focusing on developing sustainability strategy in the areas of carbon markets, climate and nature, sustainability investing and sustainable finance. Prior to the Sustainability Group, Ashley was in the Investment Group and made investments of over US$5b across over 10 transactions in retail, restaurants, and personal care subsectors globally. Ashley started her career at the CIMB Group.

He is a Bachelor and Master in Economics. He joined the Mexican Foreign Service in 1991. He has been executive director of the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXID), general director of Economic Affairs and general director of Economic Cooperation and Development Organizations. Overseas, he has served as Mexico's ambassador to Canada and France, as well as a permanent representative to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and in charge of economic affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in the United Kingdom. He was part of the Executive Board of the Inter-American Development Bank and the Inter-American Investment Corporation representing Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Sameer Hasija is a Professor of Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD. He earned his PhD in Operations Management and MS in Management Science Methods from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and his BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Sameer’s teaching focusses on using a process lens to understand new levers of innovation. Using a systematic analysis of processes within and across firm boundaries, he emphasises the role of process-based innovation in creating new business models and/or fresh competitive positioning for existing business models. Sameer conducts workshops for executives on understanding the latest developments in technology and their role in radically disrupting and/or transforming businesses. Sameer’s current research uses an economics lens to understand the design and management of technology, knowledge, and information intensive service systems.
Marcos S. Jank is a prominent agribusiness expert with a 35-year career spanning roles in academia, government, and international organizations. He has served as a professor and researcher, worked in federal government and international organizations, and led sector associations and companies in Brazil and abroad. His international experience includes studies and work in the United States, France, and Singapore.
Currently, Jank is a Senior Professor of Agribusiness at INSPER and has been the coordinator of the “Insper Agro Global” center since 2019. His academic career includes over 20 years as an Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo, with sabbatical periods at universities in the United States and Europe. He also held the “Luiz de Queiroz Chair” at ESALQ-USP in 2019-2020.

Saurabh Joshi is Director, Product & Strategy at Climate Impact X (CIX), a global carbon market solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. He focuses on new product development, strategic initiatives and partnerships for CIX. Prior to this role, Saurabh spent over 8 years with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), holding various positions across the Environmental Sustainability, International Operations and Energy divisions. Saurabh started his career with environmental markets brokerage, Tradition Green, originating and transacting carbon projects under the Kyoto Protocol.
Saurabh holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Peter H.K. Koh was appointed as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer in December 2014. Mr Koh has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction and development of the Group’s business since his appointment, including the diversification and expansion of the Group’s business model beyond farming, and building new income streams for Oceanus’ long term sustainable growth. He was also pivotal in the Group’s successful debt restructuring exercise, which was completed in December 2017, that had reversed the Group’s balance sheet back into the black.
In September 2021, under Mr Koh’s strong leadership, Oceanus Group successfully exited from the SGX Watch-list, celebrating a major corporate milestone for the Group, and marking another turning point since taking the helm. This also represents the first time in the history of SGX-ST’s Watch-List, whereby a company successfully achieves a complete turnaround through concerted restructuring efforts.
Mr Koh has more than three decades of experience across multiple industries, including media, branding, manufacturing and environment sustainability. Within the aquaculture industry, Mr Koh has taken up various positions with aquaculture innovation and research bodies, such as member of Advisory Board of James Cook University and member of Advisory Council of the Singapore Aquaculture Innovation Centre.
In 2021, Mr Koh is also a member of the Future Economy Council Reserve and Environment Sustainability, a committee set up by the Ministry for Sustainability and the Environment, which oversees the implementation of the recommendations of the Committee of Future Economy. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of North West Community Development Council.
Mr Koh actively champions social causes and was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2014.

Andrés Labbé is the Director of Green Hydrogen Investment at Fundación Chile. He previously worked as a consultant and senior advisor at ImplementaSur and served on the board of Cumbres Blancas S.A. (Corralco Mountain & Ski Resort). From 2015 to 2021, he was the Chief Investment Officer at El Coigüe Family Office.

C S Liew is a graduate of Iowa State University in Agronomy and Integrated Pest Management with 45 years of global experience in the agricultural inputs industry.
He worked for MNCs such as Ciba-Geigy (now called Syngenta, owned by ChemChina), Uniroyal (name changed to Chemtura and then absorbed by Arysta which in turn was sold to UPL), and Nufarm in roles such as managing Field R&D, Product Registrations, Sales and Marketing, Regional Management, and Company Directorship before starting his own company, Pacific Agriscience, 24 years ago.
He has served as a Director on several boards including Nufarm, Thailand based Sotus International and Indian owned but Singapore-listed Meghmani Organics. He is currently on the Advisory Board of Agribusiness Global, a world-renowned agricultural inputs magazine based in Ohio, USA.

Samuel has extensive experience managing and coordinating AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use) projects, focusing on Natural Climate Solutions. Daniella Savira is General Manager of BBVA Singapore and Head of Client Coverage and Sustainability for Southeast Asia and India. She has over 23 years experience in Corporate and Investment Banking in several global financial institutions. Before joining BBVA, Daniella was senior lead for Client Coverage and Investment Banking at ABN Amro Bank, ING Bank , Rabobank, MUFG and Deloitte covering various different sectors from energy, agriculture, consumer, TMT and logistics. Her current role as Head of Client Coverage and Sustainability at BBVA is to promote and support SEA and India corporates in their cross-border businesses and sustainability journey in BBVA key footprints namely Europe, USA, Turkey and Latin America.

His Excellency Francisco Tenya-Hasegawa is a seasoned diplomat with over 35 years of experience. Before his appointment to Singapore, he served as the Director General of Treaties at Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His extensive career includes roles as Secretary General of the Ministry, Executive Director of the Peru Chapter of the Binational Development Plan of the Peru-Ecuador Border Region, and assignments in Japan, Jamaica, Ecuador, Bolivia, and the United Nations in New York. Ambassador Tenya-Hasegawa holds a Bachelor of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a Master’s in Tourism Management from Spanish institutions
Angela is the Founder and Executive Director of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (LatAmCham). She is an expert in economic diplomacy fostering business and investment relations between Latin America and Southeast Asia, using Singapore as a hub to access the region. She is also the Responsible of the Singapore International desk of the Brazilian National Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock, an association that groups over 5 million farmers from all sizes.
Prior to founding LatAmCham, Angela worked in several banks as a lawyer advising credit derivatives. Her experience in banking started in Cofinsura, today Bancolombia (Colombia), Société Générale (Paris), Nordea Bank (Denmark, Singapore).
Angela has a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellin Colombia, Master in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and Master in Financial Law from University Paris XI in conjunction with ESCP Paris.
Fernando Verzoni is a partner in charge of the Porto Alegre office of Veirano Advogados and a specialist in corporate law. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts, and has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for clients in a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors. Clients frequently rely on his skill, legal expertise and international exposure to structure and conclude complex corporate transactions and negotiations.
Verzoni also has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial contracts, involving the drafting and negotiation of contracts, including for the supply of construction equipment for infrastructure projects and industrial facilities, export and import of commodities and other products, formation of consortia, project financing and other financing operations involving domestic and foreign financial institutions. He has a strong presence in advising companies in various segments, such as renewable energy and fuels, agribusiness and other industries.
Ambassador Tamara VILLANUEVA is a career diplomat with over 25 years of experience in several
areas, such as Food Security, Biodiversity, Oceans and Antarctic affairs. During her career, the
Ambassador has served in the Embassies of Chile in Sweden, Malaysia and Italy, with her last position
abroad as Deputy Representative of Chile to the FAO.
At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Santiago, the Ambassador has served as Deputy Director for the
Antarctic Division and Deputy Director of the Environment, Climate Change and Oceans Division and
worked at the Multilateral, North America and Protocol Directorates.
She has a degree in Sociology from the Universidad de Chile and graduated from the Diplomatic
Academy of Chile.
She is married to Mr. Fernando SALAS, a career diplomat also, and has three children: Camila (17),
Catalina (14), and Joaquin (14).
Nicke Widyawati serves as Chief Executive Officer (President Director) of PT Pertamina (Persero) based on the Decree of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-97/MBU/04/2018 issued on April 20th, 2018, about Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina.
She got her Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1991) and Master of Business Law from Universitas Padjajaran (2009). She was once trusted as the Director of Human Resources at PT Pertamina (Persero).
Camillus has been involved in renewable energy for the past 8 years and some landmark project he had the fortune to be part of include: Sunseap Series C successful fund raise, financing solar farms in South East Asia and Solarnova projects in Singapore, clean energy off take with Apple and Microsoft, venture capital fund raise success for clean energy startups.
He is currently involved in clean energy virtual power purchase agreement off takes with data centres and RE100 companies, solar rooftop development and sustainable aviation fuel development. On the finance front he is involved in financing data centre construction, debt financing for renewables, M&A for SMEs as well as assisting companies in ESG projects encompassing green financing and scope 1 to 3 offsets. He is an exco member on the Singapore Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association and has participated in feasibility studies in green hydrogen projects and has been involved in low carbon investments.
